My friend bought a sub for us to share for breakfast this AM and there is literally a piece of plastic in it. We were not given a receipt. And we expect a full refund since “there’s no manager coming in today so we have to wait until tomorrow to deal with it.” You can bet we are coming tomorrow and receipt or not you better be prepared to make this right because we WILL NOT eat this.

I went subway for lunch, boy was I not satisfied. I had to constantly tell the sandwich artist to add more toppings to my sandwich, I am usually not hard to please. He was so so skimpy adding pickles, black olives and lettuce. One of the other workers said to me that Subway's new policy that the customer has to request for more toppings, So I told her I will not be back; if this is Subway's new policy I will not be coming back!
I will never go there again! Went in to get my mom's sub and they put like 20 olives and said that with the max! I told them to keep it! Never ever go there!!!! They don't even have cucumbers!!!!!!
The worst sub I have ever gotten from there. The bread was so hard my dog could not eat it. Waste of money. Whoever was working on 6/30 9:49 am shame on you for serving this garbage.

Purchased take out online and the coupons I had were not accepted. Took the coupons to the location on my phone and the manager said they would not accept them. I wrote to the Customer Service contact at Subway and received this prompt reply from the franchisee: "Dear X X, I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my restaurant. I understand that the location you visited did not accept the coupon that you presented during your visit and that did not meet your expectations. I know that we have let you down, and for that, our team at this Subway® restaurant is truly sorry. I am continuously looking for ways to improve our restaurant experience for customers and your valuable feedback has been shared with the restaurant team members to prevent this from happening in the future. Thank You for choosing Subway®. JXXXX DXXXX Owner" Obviously, you will need to judge if this person is worth your business but apologizing rather than making me whole is totally unacceptable. Now I use this admission of fault to pursue a dispute through my credit card issuer, all of which could have been avoided if this person had simply refunded the amount of the discount. Perhaps this person will see reason and actually issue a refund.
Lady accidentally put tomato and lettuce on my Philly steak sub, I noticed that isn’t what I wanted and she looked at me all bug eyed and confused. I let her know I didn’t want it and then she stares at me as if I’m an inconvenience. Now I am eating a steak sub with lettuce and tomato on it. Workers looked miserable.

I got 2 steak egg and cheese subs like I always do and came out to 30 dollars this time didn't really think about it at the time I was still half asleep. I get to work open it up and no egg. So I get online and check the pricing and wouldn't you know should have been 20 dollars. So I was charged 10 extra dollars for them to take egg off of a sandwich. I called and she was rude as hell and because I have a job and was already at work refused to do anything. Will never step foot in that subway again
I just paid nearly $14 for a veggie sub! I don't eat fast food, so it's been a long time since I've had subway. Well, this is going to be "one and done" for me. Outrageous!! Never again, subway!

Quite possibly the finest subway I’ve ever been to, and I’ve tried them all over the country as well as overseas. Freshest sandwich I’ve ever had from a Subway. The staff was pleasant and professional. The bathroom was so clean, the Virgin Mary herself would be proud to take a dump here. 10/10 would recommend.

Me personally, I would avoid this subway at all cost. There are a host of reasons. The biggest being the price. It is interesting how I order the same sub every other day and it always changes price. There is no reason the price should change day by day.

This is actually our favorite Subway in our area. Sarah, the manager is a very nice person and her associate Octavia made our sandwiches just like we wanted. We will definitely go back inside, I also love my Subway app which I do use quite often. My husband goes by Captain Bob now and one day in the future he will become an All*star⭐
