Staff is slow and having conversations with people they know. Guess one girl’s boyfriend came in and I thought they needed to get a room. Long wait and never got our meals to go. So we left and I was glad I didn’t use my card to pay. Never again!

The Baja Blast is literally always bad in the front machine. I think the machine could also use some TLC cause as it fills your drink, it also gives your hands a good wash with the soda from leaking.

The staff, half the time, can't be bothered to help you and will straight-up ignore what you order and make something random to give to you.

Make it make sense.

Slow service, hard to get the employees to even notice you so that you can order food. I got frustrated waiting to order in person so I ordered on the app instead. I ordered 2 items with steak and 2 items with ground beef, picked up my order that took almost 30 mins to be done, only to find absolutely no meat on any of my food. Worst service ever, bad food, and a dirty kitchen. No wonder that place had no other customers when I got there!

Short staffed. We had to pick up an order that they owed us. The night before the order was messed up. I called the manager and he said he would correct everything.

The young man working the drive through window in the evening 1/18/25 was incredibly rude, so much so that I will never go there again. Thirty minutes of waiting to order only to be told they were only accepting cash only was the most pleasant part. He was horrid.

I came to pick up a mobile order for my boyfriend and waited over 40 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. The manager, Larry, falsely claimed I placed the order at the wrong location, despite proof it was correct, and rudely told me and another woman (who had already been waiting TWO HOURS) that we’d have to wait another hour for our food or a refund.

To make matters worse, Larry made no effort to assist his clearly overburdened staff, who were scrambling to keep up. His unprofessionalism, dismissive attitude, and complete lack of leadership made an already chaotic situation unbearable.

Avoid this place at all costs, it’s a disaster from the top down.

This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever endured. After placing a mobile order, I was forced to wait an outrageous 45 minutes to an hour for service, while other customers had already been waiting over 1 hour and 45 minutes. The staff, including the manager, ignored guests entirely, showing no urgency, professionalism, or basic courtesy.

When approached, the manager not only failed to address the situation but instead shifted blame onto the customers, accusing them of mistakenly ordering to the wrong location. Even when presented with order numbers proving otherwise, he doubled down on his dismissive and rude attitude. No apology, no solutions—just condescension and outright hostility.

To make matters worse, the manager made no visible effort to assist his overburdened staff or improve the rapidly deteriorating customer experience. Instead, he told both myself and other frustrated customers that we would need to wait yet another hour for our orders.

This establishment is not just poorly managed; it’s an absolute disaster. The environment was unprofessional, chaotic, and completely disrespectful to paying customers. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being ignored, mistreated, and wasting hours of your time.

Edit: another review has now pointed out the manager’s name to be Larry.

Don't waste your time or money. Did a online order and hour then came to pick it up waited another hour and still haven't gotten my oder. Asked for a refund and he wanted to recharge me. His name was Larry the store manager. Also no one up running the counters.

Typical TB experience. We used the app to order, then picked up and ate inside. Order was filled promptly and accurately.

Had to wait an exhorbant amount of time while watching workers talking and not doing their jobs, I was the only person in line in the dining room, there were only 2 cars in the drive through and 2 people in the dining room eating besides myself. Seemed way overstaffed for such poor service. Management needs to step up their game and actual manage their store.
