First off had to wait forever for someone to wait on us. Business wasn't busy at all. Received our drink cups only to find out the ice machine didn't work, then all the sodas were flat. Finally received our order which was wrong. Waited again for someone to notice me. A female employee finally came up didn't say a word as l explained the order to her. Poor customer service and none of the employees seemed to care. Won't be eating at this location ever again.

Ordered my food and after 40 mins of waiting I still don't have it. I stand up from my seat and walk towards the counter to see 1-2 people out of the entire shift working while everyone else stands around and talks.finally get my food for the order to not have part of it. To which they didn't say anything and wondered why I wanted a refund on food I didn't get after waiting. Should be closed till they have a crew that has some work ethic or brains.

One of the best locations in Roanoke Co. I disagree with the bad reviews. We prefer ordering on the app because it's easier to customize what we want and you don't have to tell them through the speaker. You earn free food just by doing that. Fast service even when the line is long. They 98% get it right (check your bag for the sauce before you drive off)...the food is always hot and fresh. Clean location. The guys at the window are always pleasant and very friendly.

Horrible experience the food was terrible...mexican pizza didn't have all the toppings wasn't cooked all the way....my tacos....no cheese no tomatoes....the shells were broken and the food was cold.

Always leaving something out of my online order

Had to stop here on a trip out to Richmond and was hoping for a quick meal. We had to wait for over twenty minutes and everything we had ordered was done incorrectly. They also did not give us drinks until we waited for someone to come chat with us at the front. It was depressing.

As a part-time DoorDash driver...I waited 27 min over pick up time for a small order when there were 2 customers eating in the dining room and maybe 3 cars in drive thru. There were 5 employees on the line and 1 in drive thru. The employee then taped the bag shut and didn't add the utensils and condiments requested and untaped the bag... put them in...and then tried to retape the bag with the same seals. It didn't stick. It looked like the bag had been tampered with. I can understand entirely if the establishment is busy or understaffed but this was ridiculous. It was two luxe boxes and two drinks and side.... It cut deeply into my time and wages and it cut into our customers time, which is also a Taco Bell customer. I looked back and I have now had several customers complaining of missing food from this restaurant. Which affects my pay and the customer...but you can't check what is sealed. I will now avoid these orders. I'm a patient person but it's bordering on ridiculous here.

Friday at lunch and 4 people working all orders through kiosk and wait times for food looks like an average of 15-20 minutes. All customers VERY FRUSTRATED! Slow slow slow service
When we went they didn't have no drinks. But I asked for unsweetened tea. Service wasn't friendly at all. I was at the one in Salem Va.
Ordered multiple sauces, did not receive any (the third time this has happened at this taco bell.) Ordered a regular taco with no add ons, was given sour cream on it. Ordered burrito with no sour cream, there was sour cream on it. Ordered nachos bell grande, was soggy and chips were stale. Attempted to add a drink to my online order, was cut off mid-sentence by the speaker person. Every time I have been to this location I have had a horrible experience. Will not be ordering from this taco bell anymore. Troutville taco bell is superior.

Update went back for my wife and as usual they cant look at a freaking receipt to put all the thing I PAID FOR in the freaking bag! How pathetic are your employees to repeatedly screw up what people pay for and your owners fail to make it right. Forget this place and the owner. I hope it closes due to shotty service.
Update: went back reluctantly and as usual. Bought a ton of food for 1 person and ask for a lot of mild sauce... they give me 2 packets. Thinking ok maybe they forgot I ask for more mild sauce and I leave the bag out, dude dumps fire sauce in the bag. Shouldn't have to double check they performed their job correctly after literally requesting the exact sauce they need to reach for. Done with this location. It turned into crap like the cave spring location.
While waiting for my food the manager and coworkers get into an argument causing the manager to act like a toddler and quit. Shortly after the same coworker that got into an argument with the manager gets into another argument with one of the cooks who also quits. Needless to say they all panicked and acted is if they were lost without a manager there. Took 21 minutes to get my order and then had to wait for someone to acknolwedge me so i could get some sauce.
