Moved here from WA where we have a lot of good Asian cuisine to chose from and I know that makes me sound snobby and I hate it. My point being is that I've had lots of good sushi and bad sushi and this pace is definitely one of the good ones. I will be back and in all likelihood, depending on where I end up buying my house here, I'll probably be a regular.
Food is good, but pricey. Staff is somewhat friendly, but at times I have experienced very dry and antisocial feelings.It is ok, but not highly recommended. I go because I like Japanese food and not many options in Salem.
Wife and I just ate here this evening. The people are great! I enjoy people having a sense of humor even though they serve jerks more than often. Working in customer service these days can’t be easy but these folks are pros. The food was okay. Yum yum made it much better ? I want displeased as much since it was quite affordable. Sure I’ve had way better sushi of course and the entrees could be better but it was fine. The people that work there are great.
