The food comes out very slow but it’s ok when you have a nice person! I just went there this morning and I had the rudest girl like was pissed I was even there! I said thank you she rolled her eyes and walked away! I have always had nice people and it goes a long way but this chick was so rude she ruined my day!

This Salem location is very different from the others. The staff are so friendly. I want to highlight an employee name Summer. She went above and beyond one day last week and I just had to recognize her. My food here is always made right and they do not sick on the portion because the prices are a little high. My acai berry boost is made right every time. I drive all the way from Roanke to get mine and I stay close to another one. I hope this store keeps up this. Oh and tonight WILL you did and awesome job on the chicken bacon ranch. Great job overall.

App shows open till 10, google shows open till 9. Personally I would think the app would be more correct than google. Ordered and got my food before the smoothie, waited 10 minutes AT THE WINDOW to get my full order just to get home and find out the smoothie has NO peanut butter in it. (I ordered a peanut paradise) Customers were in line and one of the closers decided it would be smart to start counting down the drawers instead of help get the orders out. Seems like the later in the day it gets the more the customer service AND quality goes down….

Just had the worst experience at the Brambleton location. The worker was extremely rude and their manager never even addressed the issue or apologize for her unprofessional behavior. She should be fired for her terrible customer service. Would not recommend this location and definitely will not be back.

Came in at 11:30am and there was one customer eating at the counter. No greeting from multiple male staff behind the counter. Approached the counter to order (2 adults and 2 children) and were ignored completely. Stood at the register for several minutes while staff ignored our family, made orders for drive through and never so much as looked at us. Staff even came to register to get things for drive through and would not even look at us. Eventually left with the disappointed children and nothing was ever said to us, even as we discussed if we should just leave or as we walked out. Very clear the staff did not want customers in the restaurant and all priority is given to drive through.

Ordering and receiving one smoothie should never take 34
I work from home and I don't have a car so I get my food doordashed. The amount of times my food has come without the sauce is so frustrating but it was miniscule enough for me not to complain, and it's not like I can complain to the driver, they did nothing wrong. Someone came to my house the other day and we ordered off the kids menu because it's cheaper. We each got a tiny smoothie and a kids meal and it came out to OVER $35 dollars and neither of us received sauces and I didn't receive my side either. I don't feel like I'm being extreme to say that's absolutely ridiculous.
