Arrived at 850am for 10am appointment. Given door at 930. It's 2pm and still here. They've only taken off bout 4 pallets of a full load. Well its now 3pm. 6 hours and trailer is still half full. Unbelievable. This place is a absolute joke!!! I finally got out of there at 5pm! 7.5 hrs in the door!!!! Unacceptable!!

Horrible truck drivers stay away minimum 6 hours waiting plus you have to pay lumper. Don’t take loads to them they don’t care about your time.

Checked in at 5:45 a.m for a 6 a.m appointment. Got door 50 at the gate. Have gotten the first capstone text at 7:13 a.m. I am still in the door at 9:32 a.m. It was 1 item, 1 pallet, 27 cases. I had another drop to do today, along with the 4 drops tomorrow. They will all have to be rescheduled. What is wrong with these people and their work ethics. Lumper paid at 10:25. Bills in hand at 10:45 a.m.

Pretty good timing and overall experience for a DC. Checked in @ 5:30 for my 6am appt out the door paperwork in hand by 8:30, full truck load of frozen. Really appreciate it. Keep it up, 👍. Not sure if over night parking is permitted. Good luck ya’ll ✌️
This Us Foods needs to do better management needs to step in and fix there problem with receiving trucks in this place . How can you hold a truck delivering 3 pallets of frozen pizzas for more then 4 hours my Appointment time was @ 8 am and sadly I’m still here without my lumper charge which means Nothing is getting done !!!! Ps if your short handed ten say so don’t make me go to the window to ask why am I still in your door or what’s the hold up shame on you guys you can do Better ….
