Pick up our dinner tonight and the service was wonderful, everyone were very sweet and professional, we had a big order I was so impressed that they closed the bags down and taped them to keep them warm, then put them all in a large bag. Two thumbs up to Wendy's out standing service.

This is the only Wendy's you should go to. Every other Wendy's in the city of Roanoke is a literal mess of management, and not clean.

This Wendy's is fast, they keep it clean, and the staff are nice. This ranks as the top Wendy's in my book.

I ordered a medium fry and a medium brownie batter frosty. At first I was charged over $9, until 8 said something, because the med fry is 3.19 and the med BB Frosty is 3.69 on their board, which is $6.88, or $7.66 with 11% tax. And I said something so they changed it, but then gave me a half empty fry box, and a small Frosty, which they insisted was a medium. But which I know isnt true. I just had the same thing at a different Wendy's (Main St) and it was bigger. Tried to add photos but can't???

So I asked for a baconator plane at 6:33 on a Wednesday. I got given the sandwich with mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise. Not a big deal. I asked for a replacement. They were all upset that I asked no one even attempted to apologize. Worst customer service ever

I just left this wendys, I ordered a Jr bacon cheese no cheese, only mustard, ketchup, onions and mustard. First time wrong, had it replaced, second still wrong, third time STILL WRONG. I just left, im in the food service myself.
