Went peak lunch hour for buffet. There was one dried up BBQ pizza, an empty tray, and a dessert pizza. I had to ask for another kind of pizza. I got water but was charged for a drink (ithink) because the 'receipt' was hand written with no explanation for the charges or total. At least the salad was good and fresh

I spoke with April while placing my order and she was so incredibly kind! She is a great representation of what a hometown restaurant needs. She was thorough with walking me through menu options and helped me make the best choice for my order. She was great! Now, as far as the food here goes: 10/10! Their cheese sticks are crazy good!! They make their dough in house and shred their cheese fresh daily. They make exceptional pizza (and more)... To be honest, their food is so good, it's so top notch that it's like what I'd expect from a large city with a bustling populous that demands the highest quality. This Pizza Plus location would rival any pizza place in a metropolitan area, it's literally that good. My husband and I are new to the area and we've tried so many places (even in Abingdon) but nothing has hit the spot like this place. ❤️ Again, shout out to April for being super patient with me and shout out to the crew here - Y'all make some banging goods! Keep up the excellent work!

I called an order in and I asked if there were any specials on large pizzas, I felt like it was pulling teeth to get the answer. I said thanks, and asked about how long, he told me the time and hung straight up no bye nothing . Let me know that "he" whoever he is , one of the rudest individuals, pitiful the scale in which rude people have the audacity to be. Way to be an adult there champ this will be the last time I order pizza from saltville pizza plus
