I called an order in and I asked if there were any specials on large pizzas, I felt like it was pulling teeth to get the answer. I said thanks, and asked about how long, he told me the time and hung straight up no bye nothing . Let me know that "he" whoever he is , one of the rudest individuals, pitiful the scale in which rude people have the audacity to be. Way to be an adult there champ this will be the last time I order pizza from saltville pizza plus

Every time you call out there around 8pm or a little after they never pick up the phone at the saltville location . That place will be shutting the doors pretty soon if they don't get some works in there that isn't so sorry. If I had a place I wouldn't care if they call in right on the dime of closing time I would get that money.

Every time I call the Saltville location and ask for a thin crust they tell me theyre out. This has been going on for months, especially if you call an hour before close. Glade Springs has no problem with thin crust so whats the deal. Was also told they were closing early one night to clean, guess what, they were open.

I went in for my lunch break and the girl working made my pizza and was really nice but the ONLY REASON I'd give a 1 star was the fact I drunk my tea and ate my food and when I went to leave was what got this. I opened my tea cup to get a refill and there is a ROACH in the ice and the cup alive moving around. I threw up over this. Had I knew this prior to me drinking the entire drink and trying to refill it I'd left and got my money back.

First impression was that it was kept very clean. Pick up order was prepared timely and was delicious. The staff were all friendly and the atmosphere relaxed as it should be! Top notch, local pizza place!
