I live across the street from this Arby's and eat here frequently. My food is always hot, the deals in the app are great, and my order is almost always right. They forgot my cheese sauce ONCE in almost 5 years.

When I called the store, I asked to speak to a manager, and his name was Paul. When I asked how he was doing, he cut me off and said how can I help you? I was trying to be as nice as possible and understanding. I understand that y'all were really busy and maybe y'all were rushing, that's why my food probably looked like it did. I told him my wraps was so soggy and cold that it fell apart the minute picked it up. Both my wraps were drenched in sauce and i've never had a wrap be so cold and soggy. I threw my meal right in the trash. The manager told me that he was the one that did my order. He told me that it didn't seem to be that way when he put my food in the bag. I thought to myself, well sir, I wouldn't be calling if there wasn't a problem, obviously. So he told me, oh I'm sorry you wasn't satisfied with the order as if it was my problem. He did tell me I could come back and they will remake the food for me. Being that you're a manager, I can understand why you wouldn't want to take accountability for your own actions. Saying that it wasn't like that when you bagged it, is basically calling me a liar. I even told him that I would take a picture of it to show him and he said, that's not necessary. It is okay, we are all human and we all make mistakes. A mistake isn't worth making unless you learn from it. I've learned from mine, to start going to the other location. I'm sorry that I have to leave this bad review. But I'm more sorry that you can't take accountability for your own actions.

Spent 30 min getting thru drive thru with only 4 cars in front of me. Food was cold when I got it. The person working the window did not even mention the long wait, let alone apologize.
