Normal Arby's everything always goes well and no errors. If you are from out of state they also serve rotisserie chicken and other sides that aren't on the app. Also Google is showing your address as e Williamsburg Rd not w Williamsburg like on the app fyi

I waited in the drive-thru line for almost 30 minutes, and when I finally got to the speaker, no one responded for another 10 minutes. I said “hello” multiple times and was completely ignored. What made it worse was that employees were clearly talking to the car in front of me and the car behind me, but not me. After waiting that long, being ignored was extremely disappointing.

Staff is usually friendly, helpful, and eager to serve with a smile. Sometimes you'll get your good brought to your table. This branch serves excellent corn as a side option which isn't sold at every Arby's. The Brunswick stew is my favorite when I am a little under the weather.

Out of all the places in my area, this Arby's cracked the top of the list in consistently not getting my orders correctly. I almost gotten into an argument with an employee over a condiment situation. I respectfully walked away and will be taking these issues to corporate for now on.

This is a nice Arby's close to the airport. Fast service that was accurate and had fresh food. This location also has some unique options such as surprisingly good zucchini muffins.

Service is extremely slow. When I went in I had to wait 10 minutes just for someone to come to the front to take my order. Maybe it was just a bad day and they were understaffed. But I have had experiences with the food there that were not great
