Very high turn over rate, allows longer lasting emplyees to yell at new ones in front of customers over very small things and the short haired brunette with glasses seems especially mean to newer ones like shes making things up to get them fired, very embaressing to watch and have only been a few times but watching girls get belittled like that in public is just too much and has happened all 3 visits, its just terrible and she should be fired for treating others so badly. Maybe thats why they're always hiring, I won't be coming back because I won't support a place that allows this

Got awesome cheeseburgers and milkshakes here so if you're looking for good old-fashioned cheeseburger this is the place to go they I also reasonably priced especially compared to fast foods such as McDonald's and Burger King and for the quality of food they could double the price and still the most fast food restaurants is my personal opinion so if you're ever in Sandston Virginia and need something quick and good this is the place

Kid-friendliness: They serve ice cream and cones and have great Milkshakes that kids would love

Wheelchair accessibility: There is no steps and or ramps to access the entrance or to go in and travel about the restaurant

Ice cream is delicious. Food is mediocre. Price list is not up to date. Workers go from handling money to dipping ice cream. They do use gloves but only on one hand

The hamburger and fries weren't the worst but also weren't the best. The place is super busy so maybe my taste buds don't go with what they serve since i thought the food was very bland.

Let me start with: Bistros food is NOT bad. Haven't had an issue ever with quality. But I called in for pickup, had to wait 9 min on hold (at lunch time understandably).. but once answered, I ordered a cold sub combo ( turkey sub, fries, drink). I was told it'd be 25 min until ready. ( when I asked why, I was told "that's just in case")
Now I get things are busy, but this is ALL "ready" food. Cold sandwich prep, basket of fries preped, and a drink machine drink. If I've already waited 10 min for order taken, and another 10 for prep to go...that makes sense, but near 40 min from order to complete, thats excessive for a cold sandwich/preprep food. I understand staff may be low, but if you are familiar with this establishment, there's 2 cooks and one person on phone/register. It's time to higher another person on prep.
I so badly want to support local, but when I takes my entire break to even GET the food, much less enjoy eating it, I can't return even if I WANT to. If you have the time to spare...go here. If you need it quickly, better go somewhere else.

What a perfect place to stop with the kids after a visit to Taylor Farm Park! Long list of simple sandwiches (cold) subs (hot) burgers, hot dog/corn dog, fries, chips, fountain drinks, juice boxes, and of course Hershey’s ice cream! Stop in for sandwiches to-go on the way IN to the park and have a lovely lil lunch for the whole family. Food was homemade simple and not greasy. Fries were thick and crispy. The sandwich bread tasted and felt like it was baked there maybe? Had the tuna sandwich and club sandwich - boys had hot dog and corn dog. Will definitely be a stop we make anytime we go to Taylor Farm Park

Kid-friendliness: Very casual with booth-only seating, juice boxes, napkins at every table, order and go sit

I have been coming to this place since I was a child and now I am 40 years old. I came today with my friend who also comes multiple times a week with her family and we both supported this business and today was horrible customer service by the owner and uncalled for. He made assumptions that we were just hanging for the three hours and did not buy anything which was not true and as we got up to leave , he talked to us a kids, and was racist to supportive customers, I was completely confused and appalled, which was not a good feeling and we ordered food . If you policy says that you can only be there for a certain amount of hours then it should have been explained and he mentioned this is not McDonald's and assumed we eat there. It was not his first time doing this to my friend and we are both African American women. He needs to change his customer service style or he will have a lawsuit asap. 08/23/24
