I must admit I used to enjoy Waffle House but it seems like the food has lost its taste and the service is just mediocre. In my opinion I believe Waffle House probably needs to pay their staff more in order for the morale to change and better food

This Waffle House is conveniently located right outside of Richmond International Airport and they also have a 10% discount for military with proof of identification. The staff are very friendly and the food is hot, fresh and made to order.

Terrible service, had to ask for multiple things more than once, and the hash browns were overcooked. Get this… the waffles were burned. Never going back to this location.

The table was filthy (should have left then). They give us dirty utensils once the food arrive. Ask for plastic utensils instead. Employees sitting down, but you can see (obviously) dirty tables, floors need swept, doors and windows needs wipe down. I don't see anyone taking pride in their job, which is sad. Most people would say they don't get paid enough to those little medial work like wiping down tables and windows. But it is a job they chose, so they should take pride in it.
