We had lunch at Tavern on the James and had great service from the waiter, Isaiah. Such a personable guy; he really made us feel welcome. The reuben sandwich was quite good. Scottsville is a nice little town.
The food that we received was very good. We ordered soup and never got it,we were not charged for it either. My husband wanted Bud on draft asked twice if it was draft. The keg kicked but instead of telling him the just poured from the bottle. Would try again

Although there were mix ups as to what was ordered, food returned and brought back out more than once.
The biggest thing was the Prime Rib, any of your customers last night that have ever eaten Prime Rib were probably just as confused as we were.
Whomever was slicing it had absolutely no idea what they were doing!!! It came out in big chunks...
