My buddy and I finally decided to try out the jolly dolphin and let me start by saying it’s an experience to say the least no dinner was prepared for us we had to cook it ourselves while the owner watched jam in the van and smoked joints watching us abruptly yelling “yeah, yeah” not sure who the new owner/management is but the old manager had a mullet and the new one is not it. I would give it 1 star review but I’m not able as I have caught a contact high. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here unless your looking to activate.
I only give place 5 stars because the chef works in tips ?
Great people & fun times to be had here ?
I'll always give this place 5 stars. fabulous people here that know how to have fun, are warm and welcoming and just what Seaford needed. (not a business, just good people)
The dolphin provides an amazing experience for all. Recently more gravel was added so parking is no longer an issue. The same handsome young man who brought the 57 stone also brought a load of sand revamping the beach for summer season. The only downfall of this place is the somewhat odd characters that have become regulars. Some red head guy with abnormally large forearms, the Turley brothers, and some guy named oj to name a few. The owner was very nice and friendly but was somewhat insecure due to being such a small fellow. Danny (the star of the jass videos) and Daniel (the lead chef) were however both full size bros and their regular presence is what really holds the place together as a legit establishment. All in all i would highly recommend at least stopping by and checking the place out!
Where else can you bring your baby to a bar???
Made my way to this hole in the wall place. Drove by three times and finally stopped at this house with a dead deer in the yard to ask for directions. Little did I know i'd found the place. I was promptly accosted by two huge bloodhounds. I sat at the bar by a dodgy looking fellow named Danny who apparently is the DJ. After 10 minutes of JASS videos and some washed up surfer dude vlog I ended up making my own drink and hit the road. Best view of the place was in the rear view mirror. If you want a cold meal, a warm beer, or possibly even chlamydia this the the spot for you.
Good events and great food(sometimes) the kids were loud and the dogs were large and the parking was pretty bad the tv is kinda small but it’s a 3 star over all
The food and service at this fine establishment were mediocre at best. The staff seemed like they were drinking all the beverages before they arrived at the tables. The raw green bean appetizer seemed strange to me but everyone else appeared to enjoy them immensely. Parking still sucked.
Virtual restaurant and vlog spot, call ahead for reservations and food selection because their maximum occupancy for non local seafordians is 2 and restaurant is limited to what is biting or in season.

It’s the next best thing to a shot house. The food is great. fish tacos
Took a first date here because I was really hoping it would be the last date. Unfortunately, the staff was extremely pleasant and the food came out delicious. They weren't rude at all, which made me angry because I was banking on that.Worst of all they didn't have any deer pizzas, what type of establishment doesn't serve deer pizza? Seriously, get with the times....
The food and service were both excellent. I had the deer pizza and about 16 beers. I hope I paid my tab, there are quite a few missing pieces to the night. I woke up in a ditch and smelled like a truck stop restroom. Looking forward to the “**** Off”!! What should I wear, if anything at all?
I showed up on a Thursday around 7:00. I ordered some wings, took like two hours for my order to come out. The owner was super nice though. We watched JASS videos for hours and talked about hunting deer.
I felt unsafe. No one was wearing a mask and you can forget about proper hand washing techniques. When I mentioned this to the owner I was laughed out of the bar. Parking was terrible, be prepared to walk a ways.
