Just picked up some food on my way home, staff inside was super friendly, kitchen was being cleaned and with my experience in foodservice it looked well maintained.

Food was great I had green beans, Mac and cheese, and tenders and their jalapeño ranch.

All in all, good flavor. Well seasoned, not dry despite having been pulled from it's warmer station and sat in my vehicle for 2 hours before I could enjoy it.

Price wise was about what you'd expect to pay for it. Potentially even less. I got 2 pint containers loaded with sides and a bunch of strips for about 15 bucks. Totally worth it, I was full after about half and I'm a big guy.

Overall a great little place that's easy to miss but worth it to stop in on your way through Shenandoah.

We used Taste for our 2024 company Thanksgiving and Christmas meals and everyone enjoyed everything that was served! The entire process was smooth from order to pick up!! In the past, we have used other places like Woodgrill for catering and all staff agreed that the meals from Taste were much better!! Great job BJ and Gary, and thank you again!!

I ordered two family Thanksgiving meals. One Turkey and one Ham with Green Beans, macaroni and cheese, Gravy, mashed potatoes and dinner rolls with Two pumpkin pies. It was a lot of food. Super convenient to pick it up on Thanksgiving day. I hosted dinner at my house. With working the day before and the day after Thanksgiving it was awesome to just be able to pick it up. It was very cheap for all the food you get and the convenience of it. The food was delicious !!!!!

This place has the best chicken and chicken livers. But most of all the owners are above the best in friendly and working for you the customers to make you happy.

What a great place this is. BJ is a super nice guy. Quaint little place with FANTASTIC fried chicken and OMG clothed bologna sammiches. We got pics of my bologna and hot pepper cheese with mustard and my wifes fried bologna and white american cheese with mustard sammies. Totally forgot the chick pic cyz it smelled so good we dug right in. Great atmosphere super friendly. Thanks for everything. If you know what's good for you COME GET YA SOME.

Everything, haven't had a single bad thing from them yet. Whether it be a warm bowl of soup on a cold day or one of their homemade desserts. Seriously couldn't recommend them more. On top of excellent food the service is equally as good. Gary, Bobby jo and the crew will take care of you

Clean, friendly atmosphere! Something for everyone! Fried oysters on occasion and fried to perfection. This is a must visit when in the Town of Shenandoah, has lots of hidden affordable treasures!

Best Chicken Livers ever, good food all around

We LOVE Taste!! The hot bar is fantastic!! They have a lot of fresh, ready to go items! Desserts are to die for!! Also local vendor items for sale. It is fantastic!! Support local business!
