Like a lot of McD's it's a ghost town at the registers. Everyone hiding in the back ignoring customer standing in line that don't want to use the kiosk especially if you have certain customization requests. Three stars instead of two because they got the order right for once and that is a big problem for all locations!
Quick stop off 95, fast and efficient, machine didn’t print my receipt but male employee was very helpful, Fresh hot fries, soda machine was a good mix, nuggies were lukewarm but other than that a great, quick pit stop and employee were fast, efficient and friendly! Minus 2 stars in atmosphere for the broken machine and a little dirt on the floor probably because the employees are very busy, Photo is the machine that didn’t print my receipt and the dirty floor, didn’t minus...
I placed a mobile order before I arrived. When I got there, it was mobbed! There had to have been 30 military waiting for their food. I did not see my mobile number on the board, so I placed a kiosk order. About 10 minutes later, they called my mobile order number! Jaleeza(sp), the manager on was very helpful and generous. She refunded my kiosk order! They were understaffed, and she was running around accommodating everyone! Kudos to her for her grace!
