Ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread bites via website for delivery. Order goes through, pizza made. And sits waiting for a driver for more than an hour. About 1.5 hours after the order was made, and more than an hour after being completed on the tracker, I attempted to call the store. No answer. Drove to the store in time for the driver to have just left with it. However, the persons running the store only staffed one driver and one store employee. I cancelled my order, but felt bad for the workers. As this is the same complaint someone else posted about a month back, it is clear something needs to be addressed.

I usually don't leave reviews, but felt I needed to this time. First of all my granddaughter was really looking forward to pizza and our usual Italian restaurant was closed for Xmas holiday. So I decided to order from Dominoes because of your choices and past experiences. Anyway, I ordered 3 LG pizza and recd 3 half medium pizza. I then proceeded to call the store to find out what the deal was, was on hold for 30 min nobody answered the call. I then proceeded to drive to location while waiting on the phone, when I got there I finally got a warm body to talk with. I explained to the cashier what I ordered and what I got for my order. He then proceeded to inform me that the store didn't have large boxes and had to cut orders in half to put in medium boxes. So my order by that explanation would have been 6 boxes which I only recd 3. Mind the fact that 2 boxes could have been combined to fit in one medium box which tell me that I didn't even get large pizza. This is unacceptable, not having proper packaging for orders is setting up delivery drivers up for failure and leaving customers dissatisfied. I requested my refund which I recd. I hope that this was a one off experience but there won't be a second.

Slowest pizza delivery experience of my life. We received a notification at 5:09 that our food was ready and in quality check, and as I type this at 6:11 we still have not received our order. The time estimate we were given was 32 minutes and at this point I wonder if I should have just gone to the store and made it myself. I attempted to call the store and was met with AI that just told me it was out for delivery with no further information. I can be understanding that 5 pm on a friday can be a busy time, but over an hour from the oven 5 minutes up the road is completely unreasonable.

First domino's to impress me. We order 3 different stuffed breads and they made it easy to tell what was what. A spinach leaf and the spinach and feta and a pepperoni and the pepperoni one the just cheese for the 3rd. The kids were even happy.

Pizza is usually well made. When they have deals going it's well worth it. They even hooked it up with a 2 liter for a little mess up with my order.

I was having issues with delivery and Julian did a great job helping through the process and Noah created a calm atmosphere when delivering. Thank you guys again!

Apparently you need to park in the fire lane in front of the store to get the curbside service.
Olivia and Julian are the two employees I interact the most with and by far the best. They are super accommodating and always a pleasure to talk to. 100% would come back just because of them. Food is always good too.
These guys work their tails off when it’s busy!

Just had the Wisconsin Six Cheese pizza with the New York crust, one of the best pies we’ve had in some time!
The food is always subpar but tonight decided we don't want to deal with dominos again after spending 20 mins with the auto robot taking the order then being transfered to 3 people in a random call center out side of the country. To dag on difficult to even out an order in for subpar food. Not worth it.
These folks make me the best thin crust pepperoni jalapeño pizzas on a weekly basis. Always do a great job and always friendly service. Plus there is a young man there who looks just like "Mclovin" from Superbad!!

The girl with the glasses has an attitude problem. She needs to learn not to mumble about people under her breath. And the service is always slow
For the second time the hand toss crust tasted old
