Ordered inside to go. Get on the highway, l opened my husband's food while he drives. The double cheeseburger had two bottom pieces of bread. Not only was it dried up,but the bread had stayed in the microwave much too long.(gummy and tough. My burger was about the same. I will NOT be going to HARDEE'S ANYMORE.

I don’t know why I still try to go to this location in Smithfield. Every time I go, it is absolutely terrible. The service is terrible. The food is always cold. If I could give this place a zero star I would. I just went through the drive-through ordered two regular cheeseburgers with no pickles and a large sweet tea. I sat in line for about 10 minutes and when I finally did get the food, it was cold and there was so much ketchup and mustard oozing out of the buns. You couldn’t even taste the burger. That was absolutely my last visit to this place.

Hardee's can give you two hamburgers an apple pie a large coke fries and a 2015 Ford F-150 all for five dollars and ninety-nine cents but a biscuit and a large coffee cost you 8 bucks

Food was fine but they mixed up my order and gave me the wrong sandwich. The person who got my food even asked twice "Which order is this?" but the staff simply answered "yours" (which was incorrect)
