Hardee’s

Purchased a nashville hot chicken sandwich combo all to get the breakfast size piece of chicken on the much bigger lunch sized bun. This sandwich tasted reheated vs cooked fresh. This has happened before and considering the wait this location has been around for way to long for these type issues and needs to get it together.

Here's the thing. They would be fine but they want you to like save time by ordering online and get delivery and all this and the employees in the store. They don't have to see the delivery customer so they don't care how long that order takes. So you might have placed an order a half a half hour earlier and when you get there to pick it up they haven't even started it yet and they make you wait behind everybody that's already in the store. So basically they punish any sort of delivery or pickup order, especially if they don't have to see the person who plays the order because they hired a personal shopper to pick it up. I know this sounds like a personal right but it's true

Normally I don’t write reviews let alone a bad one but I was got a baggie with a double cheese burger and a chicken sandwich only issue is I had no chicken pattie on my sandwich!!! Had lettuce and mayonnaise but no chicken pattie

I got 2 sausage biscuits they were hot soft and bangin!! And not expensive i say yes to Hardee’s!

Went through drive through just now. Girl who was running drive thru had a horrible attitude. Fries spilled all in the bag where she slung it at me. Dr.Pepper was horrible it was our carbonated water. Sad restaurant sad help and manger said next time you come we I’ll give you another dr. Pepper. He sounded unconcerned. Very bad service and food and drink was crap. I threw it away. Hardee’s and McDonald’s in Smithfield beware!

This is really getting old with this Hardees. We ordered brunch again and the order was not filled again. It seems that someone that is doing the delivery orders cannot read. This the third time this has happened in the last two weeks.

It's crazy to think that this world is just coming to accept poor service of these establishments I'm not and never will if your to stoooooppid to give correct change back you need to clean toilets money heading isn't the job for you I'm sorry I won't dumb down to make this kinda people happy sorry your establishment will just not get another dime from me you and McDonald's in the same boat with worthless employees that want 15 plus an hour 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣🤷

Friendly staff

Went to try the new maple biscuits and guess what, they said they did not have any. Shame to advertise a brand new product and not have it.

Quick breakfast, they serve breakfast until noon!

Food and service is consistently good here, for breakfast or dinner. App is useful for earning deals and free food. Pricing is reasonable compared to most fast food these days as well. It can get a little busy in the mornings but the drive thru always moves quickly.

Not sure about the food yet, but the service was terrible! The young black gentleman with braids was very rude, and my wait time was more than it should have been
