Got in drive through, no line around 4:15. Ordered 1 Big Mac. Employee asked before I paid if this was an in app order. I said no. Paid with my card. Got to the pick up window where they attempted to give me someone else's order. Then told me they would bring my correct order out to me. After about 20 minutes I called into the store. They said they thought I drove off and saying my order will be right out. It is now 4:44 and still no Big Mac. I am very frustrated right now. This is ridiculous! I finally went in and talked to the manager. She tells me, they thought I drove off. I was not told exactly where to park, so I went around the other side. I stead of them checking to see if I had parked somewhere else, they assumed I drove off. At this point I told the manager, that I want my money returned to my card. She wasn't apologetic, not empathetic at all. I personally am no fan of McDonald's anyway, but I don't plan to return to at least this one ever again.

I know it’s just a McDonald’s but this place is on point. I don’t know the dude‘s name, but the young black man with braids was awesome! I only described him because I hope someone high up see this review. He’s the reason I’m writing it. He welcomed and talked with you, joked with you, made you feel good. Everything we ordered was actually in the bag. Everything was labeled, every sauce we asked for was in the bag, napkins were in the bag. The whole crew was working as a team. Literally better service than most sit down restaurants! every stereotype about a McDonald’s being bad was the opposite here. Keep it up guys! Even my kids were smiling joking with the gentleman!

They certainly have their moments! Certainly prefer the morning staff which tends to be more friendly helpful.
Visited on 7/18/25 and whew it hostile. One employee didn’t know what he was doing trying to make a frozen drink, a seasoned larger set lady with 13 years under her belt on break yelling at him (she was correct, but CHILL lady!) then the man helping me didn’t seem like he was all there. Wild West bro! Dodge them bullets and go at breakfast!

Good experience except the coffee, normally best thing about McDonald's -- my black coffee here was not fresh and was lukewarm. What can be the good reason for that? Had to decide whether asking for a fresh cup was worth it. Never fun to complain or confront, and would have meant standing in line again, so I just drank the bad coffee and left. Disappointing. When you find a place with good coffee -- fresh, strong, hot-- you like to stick with it. Doubt I'll be back here anytime soon if at all -- if a place has bad coffee why go there?

Seems a little odd reviewing McDonald's as If there is anyone who doesn't know McDonald's. This particular location does do it as well or better than most. Would recommend.
