I ordered a sausage and egg Mcmuffin. The bread was burnt black around the edges. The tea was super sweet but not cold enough.

In the past I have had multiple bad experiences at this location. In truth, fast food places in general the last few years. However, I have been to this McDonald's a few times recently due to my young sons blossoming affection for happy meals. Each time I have entered recently I have been greeted warmly by a young man named Brandon. This lad always goes out of his way to be helpful to everyone in there. He speaks to people with kindness and treats folks like fam. I don't know what his official title or job is here but McDonald's would be making a grave error not making this guy a manager soon. The fella has the kind of enthusiasm that can be contagious if properly harnessed and this world needs more people like that. Keep up the hard work Sir and God bless ya!

Deplorable.
Pulled through for the hubby. Ordered him a triple cheese with light mustard, a medium fry, and a shake.
I got a total of 17 and change at the order window. Then 12 something when he asked me to repeat the order. Then when he took my card he gave me a 3rd price. I don't know what it was (I'll have to check my statement) because I didnt get a receipt.
Curious, that. Because now i can't complain to the company!!
The fries are cold, stale tasting, and there's NO salt. They were turned on their side in the bag.
The burger is not good. Bottom bun was so hard!! The meat wasnt even warm enough to melt the cheese. The only thing on the burger was a dot of mustard. No ketchup. No pickles. No onions. Wtf!?
I know its a bunch of kids (literally) working, so there's no pride in their job. Rather sad how much MCDONALDS has gone downhill. They serve an all around terrible meal. Cold unsalted fries and a COLD burger with a rock hard bun and no condiments.
This place needs a huge overhaul.

Going Downhill:

I’ve lived in the area for quite awhile and the service and team used to be solid but for the last few months the service has slowed down a lot, the orders are wrong and they don’t always give you the amount of nuggets and fries you order. Please look at the pictures I included of the “full” order of fries I received. It may be time to start eating elsewhere.

My husband went to get me a cheeseburger and it was undercooked. If this is what kind of food this place serves then they shouldn't be in food service. This burger is clearly red in the middle and it looks disgusting. Not even a dog could eat this.

Almost $5.00 on two double cheeseburgers, and both came out with cold sandwich cheese on stale bread on lukewarm meat

Meal was also unpleasant as this was causing another customer to grill the staff

Still ate bc I hadn't eaten all day and their toaster(?) was broken, but very disappointing and unpleasant

I don’t expect much from fast food joints tbh but this is a little ridiculous. I put in a mobile order for 3 meals, 2 of which were the same thing. We didn’t stop to check for much due to the line behind us. The heavy set lady with glasses on was extremely rude to us the whole experience and the other girl at the window had in beats pods as well. Both ladies seemed to not want to be there at all. We get home and realize we’re missing an item. I went in the app to see what to do about a missing item. The app said to call the store and have them assist, so we did. The lady on the phone was awful. She told us that in order to refund, they need the food back. What food? You never gave it to us? She then proceeds to hang up on us. Again I don’t expect much from a fast food place, but basic customer service isn’t rocket science. So just a heads up, yall might wanna check your food at the window even if there’s a line.

They were more focused on drive-thru orders than lobby orders. Not only did I wait more than 10 minutes to receive my order, but my food was cold too. At one time McDonald's had the goal of service hot and fresh in under 90 seconds. Now I almost never see orders served in less than 10 minutes. 10 minutes to get there, 10 to get my food, and another 10 to get back where I was. That's my whole lunch break gone.

This location has a serious problem with food quality 80% of the time food isn't hot nor fresh, stale bread, sandwiches slopped together, cheese not even melted, and god forbid you have a special instruction on your order. I have literally ordered at 11am at the start of lunch and still recieved food that taste like its been sitting out. Also the assistant manager heavy set white lady has a HORRIBLE!!! attitude and could seriously benefit from customer service training. No one should have to spend time specifically asking for hot food. Quality control at this location needs a overhaul.

It's 7am. Why did I get breakfasts that seem as though they were cooked yesterday and refrigerated? I live less than 5 minutes away and everything was cold, the biscuits were rock hard. One bite and into the trash it all went. Thanks
