Last night I somehow set my order to carryout. Not sure how I did it bc I don’t drive. But I did. I never noticed till I called the store an hour later to check on my order. Once the girl who answered the phone let me know, her first response was, we are happy to remake this and send it out to you! What a relief that was. You just don’t get service like that anymore. I added a small tip for the driver and handed him cash when he got here. But I can’t thank the store enough for fixing my mistake and making this so easy!

The papadias are horrible. They arrived burnt, cold, hardly any cheese or other ingredients .. see photos. I ordered off

This place gets very crowded around dinner time. If you last minute want pizza at night this isn't your place. I found it best to order online or call ahead of time. Even then the parking lot can get crazy. The food here is very delicious, fresh, and amazing. The general manager Amber is an angel. I haven't had any issues with any of my orders from here. I love that there are many options to choose from now. I love that you can build your own pizza. My current favorite is the parmesan thin crust. The inside is very small though and can get crowded. I think the owner should get them a bigger store.
Dietary restrictions: They off gluten free here and a papabowl which has no bread or grain.

Ordered delivery on a Saturday night. That was some of the best pizza I've ever had from a major chain. I don't usually order delivery because I feel the food isn't as hot or fresh, but this pizza was so good, they must have left the store right when my pizza came out of the oven. This was the first time I've had Papa John's in several years, and I already want to go back.
