This place is a great pizza place in Smithfield. The people are so nice and the service is fast. Amber is a great manager, who cares about her customers. I have been eating here for 10+ years and have had nothing but great experiences. 5 star for sure!
I ordered a Pizza and wings and only 10 minutes later my food was already ready! The managers were very nice when they took my order. The store was clean and neat, and the man that gave me my order Grant was incredibly polite! I intend to start ordering here instead of Dominos after today!
Last night I somehow set my order to carryout. Not sure how I did it bc I don’t drive. But I did. I never noticed till I called the store an hour later to check on my order. Once the girl who answered the phone let me know, her first response was, we are happy to remake this and send it out to you! What a relief that was. You just don’t get service like that anymore. I added a small tip for the driver and handed him cash when he got here. But I can’t thank the store enough...
