Decided to stop and get dinner in the restaurant and they were rude and acted like we were inconveniencing them. We left without an order after sitting for ten minutes. A couple of days later tried to order for delivery and Uber was their driver. By the time I canceled my order Uber said they would take our money to give to the resturant for making thevfood. We were told that the order never went through, so no food was made. There was no delivered pizza and these guys gave us the runaround. It's a shame because we are now hearing stories from people who experienced the same kind of attitude. Even corporate said they would look into the matter but they have fallen asleep as well. Wouldn't recommend eating here. Edit 12/1724 The "Owner" put the response to contact them. I did and haven't heard from them yet. I see they too put on a big show but fall short. How many others have heard from this owner about their poor service?

Door says Pizza Hut opens at 10 it’s a little after 11 I went to open door it’s locked. I get back in the car I’m wait I notice someone else gets out in go in So I get back out she let him in but locked door back. She walks away but he was still standing at the door he lets me in she comes back to front I ask what time do y’all open she states we putting away a truck so we are not open wtf you suppose to be open at 10 smh don’t get to place my order.

I cannot rate the food due to never getting the opportunity to order. The person working up front was extremely rude. The restaurant was busy so she rudely stated that she could not take any orders due to this without giving an option to wait, the time it would take etc.. . Then walked away (until prompted for a wait time). Needless to say, an order was not placed. No customer deserves to be treated rudely and unprofessionally regardless of how busy a restaurant is. Awful treatment.

Has anyone really looked at this Pizza Hut in Smithfield Virginia. It is disgusting. I am shocked it hasn't been shut down. No outside lighting. No store sign lighting. And disgraceful inside. It took me 5 minutes inside and I walked out. Time to shut this place down or find someone who can rebuild it. It's ashame how some people expect so little for the prices they charge.

I ordered my food online. When I got there no one was at the counter. A worker was playing on a tablet at a table (possibly on break) and two guys were standing in the drive through. I was there 5 minutes then a guy came out the bathroom walked to the back then came out and asked if I had been helped. I said no. The whole time the two guys by the drive through just stared at me and kept talking to each other. The guy looked up my order and it took another 5 minutes to walk to the drive through area get my order out the warmer and grab my two drinks. He was moving really slow. No other customers were in the store or at the window. Very sad.

It's been quite a few years since we ate at this Pizza Hut, since we don't travel to that area that much now. Last time we were there the salad bar was still being used and you could eat in the restaurant. So we decided to stop and eat, first we should have known something was wrong when we got there about 11:30 or so and the door was still locked. We were getting ready to leave and someone unlocked the door, we went in and they asked what we wanted. I placed the order and we went and sat down. The tables were sticky and the place really wasn't clean. Looking around it was obvious they didn't serve as a sit down restaurant anymore. We decided to leave, my wife and two grandkids went out to the car and I tried to get someone's attention to let them know we were leaving. Tried a few times when I couldn't get anyone's attention. I left and we went to another restaurant. I then called the store and told them we had left and do what they wanted with the pizza.

Ordered online last night at the pizza hut in Smithfield VA. I ordered 2 of the new hut boxes which were peperoni pan pizzas and honey bbq wings. I asked for extra pepperoni and instead there were exactly 4 pieces of pepperoni on each pizza and the gave me buffalo wings not honey bbq. My husband picked up order on way home so didn't know till he got home. Also the pizzas tasted like they weren't even completely cooked. Horrible experience

This is the second time I have been given the WRONG pizza! Tonight when I got home, instead of having my Supreme, there was a two topping pizza in the box. When I called Pizza Hut the same girl that waited on me told me she was getting ready to call me. She told me to bring the pizza back that she was putting mine into a warming bag. Only comment from her on phone and again at window was ,”Sorry”. No offer of any customer satisfaction, even though this was the second time!!
NO SALAD BAR....at all! Sad sad sad, a guest and I stopped there just to get salads and as a side, wings! But no salad....we didn't get Anything at all. It was such a disappointment, after all, all that Pizza Hit generally sells is high fatting foods and Little to No veggies and fruit to push down all the carbs and meat....

Pizza arrived at my home completely cold. Called the manager and he said they no longer have dedicated drivers at any of the Pizza Huts in this district and that they rely solely on DoorDash and the like. Also, the driver did not respect the 'contactless' option that I had chosen. Will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again unfortunately.

This was my first time at this pizza hut. The food tasted great but the topings I ordered extra were missing from pizza. I will probably go back to give them another chance because the pizza was good.
