Q Daddy's Pitmaster BBQ

I drove out here from deep creek today. I did a to go order. While there my child and I used the restroom and I was pleasantly surprised to see a changing table with diapers and wipes available for those who need them. I have never seen another business do this and it really made me appreciate this business more. Thank you for looking out for parents and babies. I’m not sure how many times I’ve gone somewhere and realized I hadn’t restocked my diaper bag when my daughter was a baby. With all that said. Your bbq pork and broccoli salad are top notch and well worth the drive.

Absolutely the best BBQ I've had. Portion-sized to satisfy any appetite.

OMG....Being from Memphis this is one of the best BBQ places I have ever been to in Virginia. I ordered the Mega Pitmastet Sampler and the Brisket, Sausage, and Pull Pork was cooked to perfection. Also, I got a bag or pork rinds and the Pitmaster introduced me to their Pimento Cheese to go with the Pork Rinds and I can say that my taste buds thank him for that tremendously. If I could give this location more than 5 stars I would give them at least 10 stars. I most definitely will be back.

Enjoyed lunch today with friends after golfing who live in the Newport News area. They so enjoyed the food and the service. Meet the owner who was very friendly.

Pitmaster sampler is by far the best bang for your buck. The brisket melts in your mouth. This is definitely our date night location

The atmosphere is always inviting and the owner generally greets you and ask you how your meal is and makes good conversation

I absolutely love the food at this place. The food is fresh and tasty. The milkshakes are delicious. The apple crumble is to die for and the Banana Pudding melts in your mouth. I can't wait to visit Smithfield again to visit this place. Absolutely delicious and everyone working here is so pleasant. Keep up the great work.

Will update if this changes - we only tried the fried pickles, sweet tea and pulled pork but all were great. The place is clean and the staff were really sweet and seem to get along well with eachother. Food was great. Tea was perfect!

I did not enjoy my barbecue sandwich at all, I did not like the sauce that it is prepared in. The baked beans are very good! Got another take out order and the only thing that was enjoyed were the chicken tenders.
