In the past, there have been issues with cleanliness and worker attitudes at this particular Subway location. However, a personal interaction with the manager, Heather, resulted in a positive experience for one customer. Heather listened carefully to the customer's order and ensured that it was fulfilled exactly as requested, with the subs cut into 4 inch pieces, toppings and dressings on the side, and all items packaged individually. The subs were fresh and the order was perfect, leading to a satisfied customer.
