I took a chance by going to Subway on Bennschurch Blvd. My past experience with them have not gone well. There continues to be unsanitary practice of handling of food, lack of hand washing. As the server was making my sandwich, the person was going to put brown lettuce on my sub. I asked the server if they had any more lettuce to use. She stated no. The entire container was brown.
