The food was wonderful, staff were very friendly and personable. I’m gluten free (it sucks) and I haven’t been able to have French Toast in years. I tried their Fruit French Toast with the gluten free bread and it was great! Can’t wait to go back to try more!
It was a good thing this morning that Kristi and I went to the cockeyed rooster for breakfast as we pulled into the parking lot. All of a sudden, the brakes felt very weird and the Durango did not want to stop! When we got out of the truck, we saw smoke and saw flames under the hood! Michael, the son of the owner ran out to the Durango and put the fire out with the fire extinguisher! It showed more of a community service than just having a wonderful restaurant which we ate breakfast...
