Food was pretty good. General Tso's Chicken combo was good but I asked for plain fried rice without vegetables...it still had vegetables in it. Sweet and sour chicken...chicken wasn't quite done enough but the taste was good. Gentleman that gave me my food was friendlier than the lady but she was nice enough. Smelled funny in there.

Tried Tops for the first time today and I am BLOWN AWAY! The food is SO GOOD! The prices are very reasonable with lots of meal options. The staff are very friendly. Best Chinese food in Smithfield! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Ordered general Tao’s platter. I swear the chicken was so tough and dry. Rice dried out. Not even sure it was chicken. It was so bad I felt like this was food that had been sitting several days and heated up.Could not eat!

Came here for the first time. I kept it basic to test it out...I was highly disappointed. The rice was okay, but the general tso chicken was horrible. 90%of the chicken was rock hard! Couldn't be chewed!! wasted about $12.
