I ordered a cheddar cheese and bacon baked potato and a small chili. I asked for sour cream and crackers. Well, my baked potato was closed shut, meaning it was barely cut, and the cheese and bacon was just thrown on top of the potato. The top to the container wasn’t fully on, and they put it in the smallest bag they have, vertically, so all the cheese had dropped out in the bag. I wish I had taken a picture. I called up there to inform them of the terrible packaged food I had received and no one would answer the phone. Finally got someone on the phone after calling 13 times. They offered to replace my potato, but it was such an inconvenience to have to take the trip back there. I Was not offered a frosty or a cookie for the poor service and poor food quality. This Wendy’s has 2 great managers; Kizzy and another Hispanic guy who’s normally on nights. Their crew always gets it right, due to their great management. However, neither of them were present and this was a bad experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. Literally

They made racial slurs with the window cracked. I ordered an Asiago chicken sandwich meal large size with a cherry coke. They gave me water, barely any fries and put pickles on my sandwich. Never going back to this racist establishment.
They dont follow instructions for a order. Had to get them to remake order. Didn't separate orders as requested.

Food here is usually pretty good but not today. Nuggets were stale. Coke was either diet or weak. They didn't have ranch sauce. No napkins in bag.

Highly disappointed. I don’t get fast food often however was in a hurry and didn’t have time to do much else than to grab and go. Spent close to 40$ for my family’s meal. Our frosty was wrong right off bat, they gave us another and that should have told me to check my food however again was in a hurry. My daughter’s burger was wrong she wanted no veggies all of them were up there she wouldn’t touch it. (Being a typical kid) my chicken nuggets I ordered Buffalo got BBQ instead. Only good thing is at least my daughter ate those. My husband got a spicy chicken sandwich that was good and I got a Carmel cold brew that was good. So at least half my order was at least tasty however won’t be going back without making sure it’s accurate.
