Drive thru. Get home to find it have the wrong sandwich. Barely has any condiments on it. My dogs enjoyed the meat. Service was pleasant people. Food, even the fries, were a huge disappointment. I rarely treat myself to take out.

We ordered food from DoorDash. I ordered a Dave’s Single combo and a 10 piece meal. My food came and I ONLY received the burger and two buns. Nothing on the burger at all. I called the store in Smithfield back just to vent and explain my frustration to the manager. He hung up the phone on me and never picked it back up when I called back. I will never support them again.

Customer Sevice has gone down 💯. Staff acts as if your messing up there day for placing an order. They take forever to get you your order. On top of that they can't even get the order right 🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️. Will never go back to this location horrible experience.

Came from out of town and walked from the hotel to get something to eat. Sign on the door said lobby close at 10, lobby was locked and employees were sitting at tables eating at 930.

I would always go through the drive through with 50 dollars 💸 of the 5 dollar bags 💰 to feed the homeless people or the displaced

I ordered a cheddar cheese and bacon baked potato and a small chili. I asked for sour cream and crackers. Well, my baked potato was closed shut, meaning it was barely cut, and the cheese and bacon was just thrown on top of the potato. The top to the container wasn’t fully on, and they put it in the smallest bag they have, vertically, so all the cheese had dropped out in the bag. I wish I had taken a picture. I called up there to inform them of the terrible packaged food I had received and no one would answer the phone. Finally got someone on the phone after calling 13 times. They offered to replace my potato, but it was such an inconvenience to have to take the trip back there. I Was not offered a frosty or a cookie for the poor service and poor food quality. This Wendy’s has 2 great managers; Kizzy and another Hispanic guy who’s normally on nights. Their crew always gets it right, due to their great management. However, neither of them were present and this was a bad experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. Literally

They made racial slurs with the window cracked. I ordered an Asiago chicken sandwich meal large size with a cherry coke. They gave me water, barely any fries and put pickles on my sandwich. Never going back to this racist establishment.
