I've eaten at Wharf Hill several times. I have never had a problem with the service or the food. Everything I've ordered has consistently been wonderful. Its very laid back and informal. Sometimes it does get loud. Otherwise everything has been awesome.
We get the chicken savoy with mashed potatoes instead of the rice with an extra side of broccoli. It is enough food to split for us senior folks. The savoy sauce is out of this world (and not pictured). Everything we have had here at Wharf Hill has been absolutely delicious! It is wonderful made from scratch food. The Chicken Savoy is our favorite!
Five stars for almost everything. We hope Amelia, our server, recovers fully from her concussion! She did a fine job, though I wish she had offered to replace our drinks (craft beer and white wine) both which were served to us somewhere between room temperature and cold. We drank them anyway, though we had to add ice (no big deal). The steamed shrimp took a while but were well prepared and delicious. My wife and I split a pound. The fried green tomatoes were every bit as good....
