We visited Bistro 1888 for the first time tonight but it will definitely NOT be our last visit! Let me start by saying that due to COVID; there weren't many patrons in the restaurant and there was only one server who also worked as the bartender. Superior service and wonderful food. I contacted them about my husband he had all his teeth pulled and couldn’t wear his dentures. He was so hungry and tired of eating pudding so I asked about the soup. They prepared his soup special without any big lumps of meat and made him a special creme brûlée. He was so happy and said the food was delicious

This is a beautiful Bistro with a classy vibe. The food is served at a slower pace so you can enjoy it and it is delicious. I highly recommend the Tuna App, it is so good and the Ribeye melts in your mouth. Everything I've had here has been amazing.
