Ordered in the drive thru. I was asked to pull forward and wait to get the food. We had to wait for about 14 min for 3 Bo chicken sandwiches. This is not how fast food should be. This was the second time this happened to me. Do not go there if you want your food fast

The woman who works nights in the drive through is rude and disrespectful. Doesn’t have good customer service. We asked for a large fry with extra seasoning and she rung up dirty rice when I tried to correct her about the error she rudely says I’m aware.

Went there early AM thinking I'd get some fresh food only to be given stale hard reheated fries. . . .they were so old and hard you couldn't even taste the seasoning on them. Also got a country ham, egg, and cheese biscuit and between the biscuit and the awful fries something did not sit right with my stomach because within 10 minutes of eating I was in the bathroom. . . .highly disappointed

We love this one. The biscuits are always perfect, and the people working there are great and work well together. Oh, and the Pepsi is always right.

This review, it's for the entire staff because they do work very, very hard, but particularly, but for a young man named Tray. This young man is absolutely insane at what he does, and I do not say that lightly. I do doordashing, so I am in all of these restaurants on a daily basis, and uh, to watch this young man in action was a beautiful thing. His customer service skills are second to none and his worth. Ethic is right there at the top of the list for the best. If every establishment had employees like this wow, how wonderful it would be. If he can maintain his professionalism and way of doing things, he will go a long way in the work industry..

At 3:00 pm, we spent about 30 minutes or more in the drive-through line. The employees were completely apathetic. No,"Hi, welcome to Bojangles," No,"sorry for the wait." All I received was "Bojangles" at the order box. Then "[price]" at the window. ZERO customer service!
