This review, it's for the entire staff because they do work very, very hard, but particularly, but for a young man named Tray. This young man is absolutely insane at what he does, and I do not say that lightly. I do doordashing, so I am in all of these restaurants on a daily basis, and uh, to watch this young man in action was a beautiful thing. His customer service skills are second to none and his worth. Ethic is right there at the top of the list for the best. If every establishment had employees like this wow, how wonderful it would be. If he can maintain his professionalism and way of doing things, he will go a long way in the work industry..

At 3:00 pm, we spent about 30 minutes or more in the drive-through line. The employees were completely apathetic. No,"Hi, welcome to Bojangles," No,"sorry for the wait." All I received was "Bojangles" at the order box. Then "[price]" at the window. ZERO customer service!

We did take out through the drive-through, and honestly, the order was for seven different people, and it wasn't simple. The lady who did the order was extremely thorough and double-checked to get the order right, even asked clarifying questions with a happy tone to her voice. When I saw her at the Window, I made sure to compliment her. She had a beautiful smile, she was so nice, and so happy to serve. She is a Rockstar! Incredible job!
And for the kitchen staff, we got everything we ordered, so great job!
