Ashley was a very kind sweet and made our trip with our friend very memorable thank you
Very cold in the establishment. Our server was not very attentive. She kept walking away as if in a rush from the start. She made suggestions to our order that she said would be more cost effective that actually inflated the cost and did not add up the way she said it would. Steak and Broccoli was salty. Will not revisit this location.
Food was okay. Typical Applebee's but the service was really great. Waitstaff was new and training to be bartender. Knew how to treat a customer.

However, one couple was not pleased when the manager charged $5.99 for crispy chicken on a salad that usually comes with grilled chicken, leading them to skip dessert due to their displeasure. Another guest highlighted the outstanding service provided by Ashley, who greeted everyone with warmth and professionalism. Overall, Applebee's aims to create a fun dining experience, especially during busy times like Christmas, but there are noted areas for service improvement and consistency.
