Need better help all around. Kids playing instead of waiting on customers. Having to ask server if food was coming or not. Having to call and ask the server for refills on beverages...and then the food not cooked good either. Take out was brought home to me. I ate very little because it wasn't good. (And this is something I've had several times) In fact I had husband fix me a cheese sandwich to have for my supper over the take out he brought me.
One couple plus us. We waited 10 minutes for menus. Finally took our order. After 15 minutes staff brought, by hand, my hubs plate. Asked me if I ordered something. 10 minutes later brought my plate. 10 minutes later brought my side which the cheese had congeled. Need to hire experienced wait staff. Food was okay horrible service and high prices. Won't be back.
A waste of money. My wife had fried jumbo shrimp and I had a stromboli. We have ate here before and the shrimp was as advertised. But not today. The shrimp was like the frozen breaded shrimp you get at Food Lion .....it was terrible. My stromboli was raw dough on the inside and outside top of it was hard as A rock. It was sad.
Talked to owner about the shrimp and he tried to blame me for ordering the wrong shrimp. WTH ?
He said something about next time they would get it...read full review
