We tend tontravel a lot due to our job. So many times we can come in dirty from the day. But it felt like the waitresses were scared. The burger did not come with any condiments and did not have much flavor. Aarrzon pon Pollo chicken did not have much flavor to it. Manger was acting as iff he was going to comp our meal but we just paid and left. Beautiful restaurant though.

Was in South Boston Va, met up with some friends here, food not bad, service was a little slow, atmosphere wasn't what I would call Mexican, but ok.

My daughter brought me here for Mother's Day lunch and we were told the servers went on a lunch break and it would be 30 minutes till we were even seated 😱.
Who sends (all) the servers on a lunch break and makes their customers wait 30 minutes to be seated???

A nice Mexican restaurant with a local feel. Maybe just me and my wifes opinion but the fajita meat seem to be precooked instead of cooked to orde. The fajita salad plate rice and beans were bit old looking. Whereas if you go to Chi-Chi's or somewhere like that they scoop it on the plate when they bring it out instead of this one look like it's been prepared in advance. We ordered and our food was on table within 10 minutes. We ordered a Texas and pork fajitas which would have taken at least 10 minutes to cook fresh. Ordered a drink from the bar was not delivered the table till I asked about it another time and I was already done eating my fajita. Has a beautiful interior an exterior. The decor inside and out has it look like upscale restaurant.

Normally the food is exceptional and the service is great, but not this time. I called in a to go order and paid 90.00 dollars for 4 plates. We also got 2 bags of tortilla chips that somehow equated to receiving 1 tiny cup of salsa and another tiny cup of dip. Two of the plates were made wrong.Very poor for a place that is normally very good. If you are looking for anywhere that serves this type of food. I'd recommend you go right down 58 to Los Amigos. Good portions and great service.

Food was great. Good portions. Absolute worst service ever. 15 mins for half my drink order. 10 more mins to get the rest. The guy next to me yelled at the bartender because she didn't ask him what he wanted for 20 minutes.. was trying to leave another review, 8 weeks. Gets worse daily. Tiffany is the only real bartender

Great food & service, but even more than that, the decor is absolutely gorgeous! This is YNt most beautiful Mexican restaurant I've ever visited & they're always over the top in their decor. The food isn't lacking anything, either. They got all of it right! This was our first visit but not our last.

Service is good & location is pleasant visually but that’s where it stops for me.

food was overpriced & the meat quality here is horrible. at least mine was: i got chicken ACP & every single bite was either hard, squeaky, chewy just overall inconsistent and hard to eat. not tender AT ALL so i gave most of it to the dogs.

what happened to restaurants separating and cutting off the nasty bits of chicken? now it feels like they don’t want to waste/lose money so they just chop it all up and serve it to customers, gross! won’t be back unfortunately.

This place is beautiful but has so much more potential it could offer. I go there for the first time and the decorations are top. Very expensive looking. The waitress were white and not very nice to look at. One had a very bad wardrobe the whole time and the other looked like she was on the set of pirates of the Caribbean. I think if I were to go again I would go to the smoking section and see actual Hispanic people. The food came out not hot not cold perhaps fresh at lunch, but this was dinner so... I don't know I just hope I don't get a stomach ache. I forgot to mention we were so cramped in our booth because the wooden pillars cramped the seats and they were unable to move to accommodate room. No one in my party is overweight .. just regular size adults so.. just be careful if the booths.
