“I've only been to this Papa John's since they recently reopened under new management. Not only have I enjoyed everything I've had from there, but the orders have always been ready when promised, hot and correct. Not only that, the staff has always been courteous. I had a particularly kind exchange recently from Nick - it's amazing how someone you don't know can make a positive difference in your day. I will continue to satisfy my pizza cravings here. “The only reason it gets 4 instead of zero is ASHLEY. Not sure if I spelled her name right. Today, she is running the store by herself because the manager bless her heart, is clearly in the wrong business. Ashley handled the registers, prep, cooking and packing. Eventually, I see a manager assisting but quite frankly she was in the way. Please for the love of God give Ashley a week paid vacation. The shift she’s having now makes absolute no sense. WHY ONLY TWO PEOPLE WORKING???? Almost 40 mins for two hot and ready. I didn’t want to ask for a refund bc that could’ve took an hour. 8/30/25 between 2:15-3:05“
