This is the slowest Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to, over 30 minutes guaranteed every time, most times people are burning pizzas because they are hanging out and playing with each other in the back, no one seems to know what’s going on either if you ask how long it will be you’ll be told a few minutes when it’s literally going to be another 20 minutes.

pizza hut in sobo won't get any more of my money. I'll go to altavista. Submitted an order online and it said the order will be ready at 7:57pm. He got there at 8pm. The pizza didn't go in the oven until 8:09pm. He got pizzas at 8:24. Lo and behold, its the wrong order. Took it back and the right pizza been ready. I called down there and I got an attitude from the woman like what you want us to do about it and there's nothing we can do about it. Then she tried to say i was lying about the time he got there. Like wtw, you can't give us anything for our trouble or at least say sorry?

Great service
Pizza was overcooked and hard it was like they had cooked the Pizza earlier. The staff wasn't so friendly either. The Pizza was to expensive and the Pizza was burnt with no taste.
Worst pizza hit o have ever been to! Sign says wait to be seated so we stood there for 10 min until we asked at the counter and they said go ahead and sit down, someone will get you in a minute.....another 10 min before we walked out. Three staff made eye contact and none came over. Will never go there again. Thanks Applebee's for great service
Just left there. Waited and waited to be seated. Ended up seating ourselves after I asked for service. I was told someone would be right out. Waited again and no one showed up. Only two other people in the restaurant. Piss poor service right off the bat. I will never go again. There should be someone there at the door to seat the customers. We should not have to wait and wait for service. You get one star .
I went to pick up my online order about 30 min after it opened and the door was still locked. I had to call and the one worker inside the building told me to come through the drive thru next time…
Ordered a large pizza. Requested that the crust be well done. I went to pick up the pizza ($20+). I asked for a packet of red pepper and was told they were $1.50 each. This is unbelievable, Papa Johns gives them to you. When I got home, the pizza was cold, and the crust was not cooked through. I had to put it in the oven and cook it. We were extremely disappointed. This pizza was not worth $5. Don't waste your time or money going here. You can get a pizza and a papadia at Papa Johns cheaper than this one pizza cost at Pizza Hut.
It was truly a disappointing experience.

The It as Italian Pasta noodles was cooked all way,was hard.I had to finish cooking the pasta.Luckily,I have a microwave at work.Very unprofessional.

Soooo.... as I was leaving my local ER ... a Tuesday in Oct before 5pm (where everything turned out fine, thankfully).
I placed a pizza order *by phone* for the special -TWO Med 1 topping Pizzas @$8 ea. I was told roughly 15-20mins. That was not a problem for me. The *problem* began when I showed up to get the "pizzas".
I was told my 'med' Pepperoni Pizza order was ready BUT ... "the guy" (aka -the cook) forgot to make my med sized 'chicken sausage' pizza ordered.
W. T. actual.. F? ...How do YOU forget to cook a pizza?... OR... only cook 50% of an order?
I chose Pizza Hut due to its higher Google review rating over the competitors. Yes, I did indeed have several other big named PIZZA chain options in this area that may or may not have been better...but unfortunately, I'll never know now .
Soooo, back to the issue at hand .... When I walked in, the cashier asked me if I was picking up or placing an order. I stated- I was picking up an order I had called in. She then asked me for phone number. I gave her my phone # and then she preceded to ask me what I wanted to order. I again stated- "I was picking up an order I HAD previously CALLED IN".
She had an actual *OHHHHH F* moment when she saw that I had in fact, already placed my order my order by phone (and that "SHE" had personally taken my order). She then proceeded to tell me the amount due, charged my credit card and only AFTER running MY Credit Card did she even bother to tell me there way a DELAY and WHY.... AGAIN... only AFTER I PAID... of course.
This happened on a TUESDAY... BEFORE 5PM... durung a *non* busy time period.... OR ...just another day ending in "Y" for employees who could care less apparently.
Needless to say.. the next time I opt for pizza in this area, it *wont* be Pizza Hut.

Most of the times I go to the drive thru but tonight we went inside and I saw them touching my pizza with no gloves on and I did not like it and I was told by the manager that it was OK to do that ,they are not required to wear them, but I'm also not required to eat there either.
It is pretty much the same as any other pizza. Hut in the country, mediocre food and mediocre service.
