We could not have chosen a more perfect place for our destination wedding than The Berry Hill Resort and Convention Center. Our planning journey began nine months before the big day. After touring several venues in the Richmond area and feeling underwhelmed, we discovered Berry Hill—two hours away, but absolutely worth the drive. We truly enjoyed our stay. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are quite large and there's plenty of food options. We didn't stop for continental breakfast, instead we had brunch in the mansion. Brunch was very good and our server was hospitable, and prompt. I had a massage at the spa and a refresher nail service. Prices were reasonable. We would stay here again.

We booked a room in 1 of the mini mansions, The Jefferson. Very quiet, very clean and very comfortable. ALL STAFF has been very nice/friendly and made us feel welcomed. The property is great, plenty of walking trails. The self guided tour of the historic mansion was great! The resort just happened to not have any big events this weekend so it felt as if we had the place to ourselves, a big bonus for us! Would highly recommend Berryhill to friends and family.
