Waited for about 25 minutes for my food. They stated they ran out of hamburger meat and had to pattie the meat out and then cook the single meanwhile the sonator, chicken sandwich and fries got cold and was received cold. The Service was okay but the food was wasted as I through all but 3 fries away and 3/4 of my chicken sandwich...As long as I waited I should not have been served cold food

ITS HORRIBLE DONT EAT HERE!! They are trashy,they don’t clean up and they stink so bad. You can smell how horrible it smells as soon as you enter. I went here a few months ago. Workers are rude and they talk and gossip about non work related stuff. I’ll never eat from here again. I was waiting for an hour maybe longer I told them I wanted a Dave’s double with no pickles and extra mayo but it too then so long the fries were soggy. Not to mention the tables being dirty.

For some reason, this Wendy’s is by far the worst. Every time I come, they mess my sandwich up. I don’t get anything difficult I just ask for no mayo or tomato and it almost always has both. Also, the bathrooms smell weird. And the food isn’t even that good. The drinks taste very weird. Any other Wendy’s is not like this

Place an order for two frosty’s one cookie dough brownie and the other just chocolate, seemed easy enough…. Got to the window and sorry no chocolate. Then we say ok vanilla she takes our credit card and oh I’m sorry you’ll have to pay with cash… The customer service at the South Boston, VA site is very much something to be appalled of. They are very rude and unprofessional. I’m very disappointed because we wanted our order and had been craving it all day.

Food is delicious, but servings seem a bit small for burger sizes. Bathrooms have non-operational sinks. Service gets backed up often and the facility at times seems understaffed. The building itself is nice and the eating areas are flexible with seating style.

Service took for ever to be scene. Asked for chocolate milkshake and recorded vanilla at first. Then asked for chocolate again. Received loot warm flavored milk looks like. Very disappointed within the service here. Tighten up!
This Wendy’s is one of the worst you will ever visit in your life. The staff are lazy and don’t care about customer service. (there are only a few that are good workers) You will wait in the drive thru an hour, they could care less about anything but laughing and joking in the back of the restaurant. There is no guidance from a manager, no one teaching them good work ethics and customer service. The manager sucks and needs to be replaced they could care less about the restaurants mission and goals. You are better off to put robots to work in there they will get the job done better.

This was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in.Counter dirty. Where you get your drinks dirty. Condiment counter dirty. I went to wash my hands and the bathroom was like a allien experience it was so dirty. I went there on Sunday and was sick that evening my husband and I were sick all day Monday. Sandwich undone fries cold returned one sandwich but I won't ever forget that bad experience.
