If you want to experience eating chilli with a FORK, today is your lucky day. No spoons in the entire store but they don't tell you until you get your food. Oh, and forget about washing your hands in the women's bathroom. Sign on the mirror that the water doesn't work. Hopefully the "crew" has an alternate hand washing station.
The management is terrible and the employees stand around and scroll on their phones or joke around with each other. The wait time is ridiculous and you can easily tell that the place has not been properly cleaned in awhile. This Wendy's is definitely racist as the employees favor their own race.

Customer service is terrible. The wait time to order is too long to be considered fast food, as you are waiting at least 15 minutes. There is no sense of hygiene as the workers wore no gloves, had no hair nets, and the male's pants were showing off their boxers.

Not only do you get unnoticed as you wait to order but the person that takes your order is rude and looks like you are bothering them. I had went to order a frosty but the person to take my order said that they were out. Even though I just saw them make two for the drive thru.

The worst Wendy's I've ever been in. The AC was off so it was like a sauna, the floors were skating rink slick because staff washed it with cold greasy water. Got the order wrong. Yes, we're seeing what full employment looks like (they will hire anybody they can get), but the franchisee needs to come in and straighten this place out before a lawsuit for falls shuts them down.
