Really neat restaurant. It used to be a school but has been converted into apartments and a restaurant. The food, service, and atmosphere are excellent. The chocolate pie is absolutely out of this world, so good! Appetizers, entree, and drinks were all perfect. Highly recommend!
To start we had a slice of sweet potatoes cornbread. You have to try it. Followed by the fried green tomatoes and those were awesome. I had the Bison burger medium rare and the wife had the fish sandwich. Both were great . I am looking forward to go back for dinner.
We had a wonderful lunch at 313 Franklin Cocktails & Kitchen. Located in a beautifully restored old school building, the restaurant has so much character and charm. One of the neatest touches is the old playground equipment still outside near the parking area—it adds a nostalgic feel that’s especially fun if you’re visiting with kids.
