Coffee Shops near South Hill

“Classic coffee house with tons of drink offerings. The drip coffee and cortado were superb, and the bites offered aren’t far off that either. Got an omelette one day and a bacon egg n cheese sandwich the next- both were great. Aside from food/drinks, the place itself has character and plentiful seating. The staff were very welcoming and quick with my order as well. Will be back in the near future.“

“So, I came to Starbucks August 20th, 2026 at 12:53pm and I wanted to say the exact day and time to give credit where it’s due to this specific team member! I was feeling extremely blah today but when I tell you Aly in the drive thru just radiates joy, happiness and southern hospitality at its finest! Aly keep up the great work!!!!! Thank you so much for just radiating your amazing energy to your customers!

“Honestly, if you can go anywhere else do it. Every time I come here it’s a missing item or a wrong item or something. We came tonight and ordered food. I wanted to order ice cream and the girl said they didn’t have ice cream. Funny enough the car in front of me got a McFlurry and 4 hot fudge sundaes. I ask the manager if they have ice cream and she looked at me funny saying yes. Ordered a double filet o fish with extra tartar and double cheese and get all the way home (20 mins away) and it’s just one filet. Didn’t receive our McChicken and didn’t get what we paid extra for. Such a disappointment but it’s McDonald’s I really shouldn’t expect much. Go somewhere else if you can!

Edit: The GM called me and apologized and offered to make it right multiple ways. She is new to the management over there and she’s trying to clean the place up and make it a better experience for everyone. It will take time but I am pleased with how she went out of her way to contact me and set things straight. I hope as the months go by, this location will improve more.“
