Mom ordered the Turkey special. Menu said it came with baked potato casserole + 1 side. She didn't get the casserole but gave her 2 mac & cheese. Turkey was tough, hard to cut for her to chew. She aye very little of her meal & she usually loves mac & cheese. Said she didn't want to take it home because it was nasty. They no longer have cornbread muffins. It was pan rectangular shaped & very dense & heavy, not good. My pinto beans were hard/not cooked enough & had more meat than beans. My mashed potatoes were cold & hard. The Coca-Cola & fried apples were good. Our waitress was good but didn't get her name. Seemed to be short on staff. The food here has really went down hill. Occasionally you luck up & get a hot, good tasting meal.

I have up on cracker barrel the last time I ate at one in NC. I visited this town and decided to give it a try. I now have a cracker barrel that I can enjoy. My waitress made it extra nice, thank you Allecia P. She has made me a solid customer here at this location. Now bring back PBR and I'll be complete with cracker barrel.
While traveling we always stop for breakfast and or lunch at Cracker Barrel. Great place, food is always served hot, quickly and the servers are always pleasant. The rest rooms are clean. The General Store has great snacks and some fun finds.Parking: We always find a nice parking spot near the front entrance.
