I have been to cracker barrel in south Hill VA a lot but the last three times I have been there has really disappointed me I had to order three different times the last time I eat there the waitress would take my order and then come back to me 20 minutes later to tell me that yall were out of the chicken I ordered and that I needed to order something else so I ordered hamburger and gravy and then she came back about 20 minutes later again to me i had to order something else...

The food and service was fine. The hostess was real nice but I don’t think she really knew what she was doing. It was a party of I think they said 20 people waiting to be seated in front of us and they weren’t all there. The hostess was waiting for all of them to get there before being seated which would’ve been fine. But it was a long line of people waiting to check in and be seated. While she was waiting on the party of 20 to get there she should’ve...

Standard cracker barrel. Food was brought to the table piping hot. No complaints with any of our food. We had chicken fry, fried chicken, meatloaf. beans, mashed potatoes, green beans, biscuits and iced tea. It was worth 20.00 each.
The bathrooms stunk like urine.
