The whole team was rocking and rolling, but Brandon has one of the best personalities for customer service I have seen in a loooong time. I hardly EVER leave reviews, and when I do it’s usually when an experience was so god awful I feel pushed to do so. Well, Brandon made me feel like I needed to share how amazing his team was today despite the nonstop amount of people walking in the door. This JM was very clean, the staff very nice, and the sandwiches delicious. Exactly how service should be, but is less than the normal. This was a great stop on our road trip, even a very clean bathroom!
Husband has been several times and they treat him like he’s stupid when he’s trying to ask for sandwiches and we have noticed that The amount of meat is getting less and there’s more lettuce. The sandwiches are smaller. Seems like the changes occurred when new ownership started.
