👎 Bad experience. The team was uncooperative, disrespectful, and judgmental. 😕
I ordered one family meal and a sandwich from Taco Bell, but I received completely different items. When I asked them to correct the order, they told me that some of the food I had ordered was already finished.
I understand that items can sometimes be unavailable, but the way the situation was handled was disappointing. I expected better communication and customer service.

30 mins wait? What’s going on with this place?
I came placed a order on drive through waited for 30 minutes came inside to ask for my order they said it’s coming the guy attending me was very rude and disrespectful I waited for my food inside a guy came and ordered and got his food in less than 5 minutes honestly shocking this staff is terrrible and service is terrible will never come here again and I recommend yall don’t come to this place

KFC, a Duo store KFC/Taco Bell franchise, is known for its clean environment and hot, tasty food. The staff, particularly the friendly and efficient girl who waited on the customers, provided good service. Although the wait was a bit long, the fresh and crispy fried chicken made it worth it. However, one customer had a minor issue with their order being rung up incorrectly, leading to a slightly negative experience.
