this kfc is the worst we ordered hot wings tonight got home went to eat omg they're awful taste like they had been sitting for hours then re-fried disgusting tried to call back for hours with no answer or goed directly to fax . every time we order from there we always have a issue ifk what to do they're to expensive to have the food be disgusting and dont get me started about how rude some of the managers/employees are at the drive thru smh
Waited 30 minutes for my food!!!!!!!!!
The service I go at least 1 time a week and I always have to set out front at least 30 minutes waiting on food. You would think every once in a while you would get lucky and get your food at the window in a timely fashion. But not at the South hill VA store.

KFC, a Duo store KFC/Taco Bell franchise, is known for its clean environment and hot, tasty food. The staff, particularly the friendly and efficient girl who waited on the customers, provided good service. Although the wait was a bit long, the fresh and crispy fried chicken made it worth it. However, one customer had a minor issue with their order being rung up incorrectly, leading to a slightly negative experience.
