I placed an order at 4:38 pm to be delivered at 7:00 pm. When it hadn’t arrived at 7:10 pm, I called to check its status. I was assured it was out for delivery and would be there in 2-3 minutes. At 7:30 pm, it still hadn’t arrived, so I called again. I was given every excuse (I’m new here, there are some kinks with the online ordering system, we have one delivery guy, etc).
