Took forever to answer the phone, several tries, then put me on hold and never came back. I gave up.

Well I had made a special order personal pan pizza for myself and because of its freshness and very small size I was contented and satisfied.

I seriously doubt I will ever eat here again. The outside look new and fresh but when I walked in it was not clean. Floors were not swept, sanitizer bottles were low, tables were dirty, salad bar was low and a mess. I just figured maybe they had just finished the lunch rush. There was only one clean table available. However, none of the employees ever attempted to clean the previously mentioned areas the entire time I was there which was about 20 to 30 minutes. Once customers came in the manager bolted to the back of the store never to be seen again. I placed my order with the pick 2 lunch special and a glass of water. The lady took my order and start making personal calls on her cell phone and playing in her hair. Eventually, she went to the back look like she might have washed her hands then finally I got my water. I continued to wait for my food but seriously thought of leaving because of the lack of care in the restaurant. I didn't leave because the employee stated my food was done. The food was hot and fresh and this is why I gave the review a high 2 points otherwise I would have just given it a one. There was also some red juice or soda that looked like it wasted at the cash register but no one attempted to clean it up. This location is not that big and it doesn't not take that much to clean it up. If the employees would stay off their phones, stop drinking soda out the fountain, and giving away food to their friends who was laid out on the bench playing loud music, and actually get some work done it would be fine. There was only one person I saw really working doing prep in the very back.

The pizza and bread sticks were amazing! Everything was hot and ready on time!! Goo d job!

I placed an order at 4:38 pm to be delivered at 7:00 pm. When it hadn’t arrived at 7:10 pm, I called to check its status. I was assured it was out for delivery and would be there in 2-3 minutes. At 7:30 pm, it still hadn’t arrived, so I called again. I was given every excuse (I’m new here, there are some kinks with the online ordering system, we have one delivery guy, etc). And I was told that our delivery guy was out on another delivery then ours was next. Finally, at 7:35, our order arrived. I was assured (on the second phone call), that our order would still be piping hot. The vast majority was lukewarm at best. Some of it was downright cold. I guess it’s unsurprising that an order that was 35 minutes late had to be microwaved before we could eat it. 0 stars for service. 0 stars for quality. Do not recommend.
