New Management is doing something right! Facility was very clean. No trash in site unlike before. Service was TOP NOTCH. My attendant was kind and curteous. Very pleased with the service received.

How do you not melt the cheese in a grilled cheese sandwich? Old burger patty, tasted stale. Out of tots? And missing the #5 meal. This place needs some management attention. Still in love Sonic. Give 'er some attention pls!!

The food was good and they were fast in bringing it out. However, the intercom seems not to pick up everything you say. We repeated our order, which was 4 items, 3 times before we gave up and surrendered to whatever they brought us.

I do not say this lightly: the South Hill, Virginia location is literally the worst Sonic I have EVER been to. I have ordered from them with every service they offer here: drive thru, Door Dash, order ahead on the app, and the basic ordering at the speaker. Every. Single. Time. something has been wrong. The ONE thing they all have in common is the LONG WAIT. I have worked fast food in the past and I know working with the public is not easy, but these employees do not give any care about their service. What blows my mind is when I order ahead on the app, give them 15-20 mins, show up and click “I’m here” on the app and give the stall number AND STILL have to wait 20+ mins (not during busy rush of course). Numerous times this has happened to me and all those times they have “forgotten about” my order. All other Sonic locations I have been to have been great, but I never ever recommend the South Hill location to people. One of these days I will learn and never go back to the South Hill location ever again.

I paid a dollar for extra bacon. What is this?? What do yall classify as "extra" bacon? How many slices comes on the thing normally?? Supposed to be four! I was given three little half pieces. Wow. Hope you enjoy my "extra" dollar for that "extra" bacon and the tip I gave you that was "extra" to my total. Y'all "extra" suck.Update: To the reply below, I was offered a coupon for a free cheeseburger. Please explain to my why in the world I would want that when every single experience I've had here has been horrible!? Every single one. Not one time have I had a good experience. Took me three visits to learn my lesson. Three stikes and you're out. The employees here do not care about their job or the people they serve. Shut this place down or hire new staff. Ridiculous.

Went to drive thru and placed order .Told girl exactly what i wanted.A foot long hot dog combo with mustard and just half the chilli that usually goes on it plus a garlic sauce hamburger.So i parked and pull my hot dog out and its got relish and its loaded down.Not what i wanted.Took them back.onion rings and drink were goodSecond dog was ok but nothing special and not even hot.I thoughr hamburger would be better but it had so much garlic sauce on it that you missed the taste of the burger.I tried but i dont think i would ever go back again.I feel like i put $20.00 in a slot machine for one pull and came up empty

Sat in a stall for 25 min then left the stall and went to the drive-thru for another 15 min and sat at the window for another 15 min before we got our food. And they were not busy there were only 3 cars parked and 3 in the drive-
