I wanted to try a different burger place and this is one of the best in my area. Burgers are made to order and fresh. You can custom make them or order one off the menu. I enjoyed my monster burger, but next time I'll try the roasted chicken to get a better feel to the place. Burgers can be to your liking med rare, well done or any way you'd like and full of flavor. Can't go wrong I was just there yesterday and my family and I enjoyed it plus they have coke products. Great service by the cashier and the cook. The food is quite OK if you tame your expectations. These days, every meal is over $10 per person, so that is not surprising but you would expect a bit more from this place.One thing that specifically makes it less appealing is that everything is served on plastic plates, or in plastic containers, you can pick up some plastic forks, knives, etc. to eat with.I’m 100% convinced that if they changed this, the overall feel would be completely different.Chicken is quite good, burger is average, salad is same.I wish I could give them more stars but I can’t, comparing to other restaurant in the area.Parking: Easy parking just outside the restaurant. Shared lot.

Ordered in through DoorDash, food arrived relatively on time. Unfortunately the items we ordered were not to our satisfaction. I got chicken egg rolls, took one bite & realized there was some kind of cheese in there that was not appealing. It wasn’t mentioned in the description on the menu so there was no way to know before ordering. Also got the chicken gyro w/ fries, there wasn’t much flavor to it. It was dry but fries were decent, crinkle cut. Hubby ordered a burger w/ fries, he was disappointed. I’m sure the Peruvian chicken (being their specialty) is great but we wanted to try the other items on the menu.

I got a whole chicken with 2 sides; portions of side dishes were very generous (fries and coleslaw). Chicken was average to good. Unlike other Peruvian chicken places, the whole chicken doesn’t include sides, you have to pay extra and fried yuca has $2 surcharge. BTW coleslaw and fries were OK.
We stopped at Pollo Express after searching for "halal burger near me", and I am so glad that we got to experience this place! Firstly, the owner was there in person, and he has exceptional customer service, from describing the menu options, to checking on us during the meal. I ordered the Spicy Aloha Burger with fries. The serving portions were HUGE, the burger cooked perfectly and the taste was a perfect combination of sweet and spicy. I highly recommend you try Pollo Express.

Nice little halal-spanish fusion spot. Large selection and the food was on point. Mac and cheese was cheesy. Spicy corn reminded me of the street vendors on those late nights. Yuka was fried to perfection. Chicken was juicy and flavorful. Nice melody of herbs and spices. The green sauce was not as spicy as I would of liked but they can def get the 5 stars.
