My 4 year old wanted to come here for his bday. I forgot to bring him a hat or anything to make him feel special. I asked Sandra behind the counter if she could do anything. She greeted him at the door and then turned on happy birthday and came out in the frog costume to wish him a happy . Bday and take pics as he ate. This is not in her job description but she made my 4 year old feel super special on his big day and we appreciate her effort so much!
Pretty good. SweetFrog is SweetFrog. The staff are usually very friendly. I love the outdoor space in the summer. My only small complaint is they allow kids to run around and touch everything. Need to put an end to that. Otherwise a great store with a great product.

Ownership: please get better SPOONS. Invest like 3 cents more per spoon. The ones you offer customers are so weak that they bend if you try to mix your yogurt up and make it impossible. A few months ago I thought that maybe you just a good deal on spoons and made a mistake. It’s been wayyy too long. Just a few more cents per spoon please? smh
