Had fun visiting this location. We enjoyed the assortment of sorbet flavors. It reminds you of your childhood eating their ice cream and toppings. Very nice staff and great experience.
We love sweet frog. We have been loyal customers, but the South Riding location definitely needs more support. They are often out of toppings, like cherries, or caramel cups for example. Today they were out of Nutella as well. It does need to have better planning or staffing. You can tell something is going wrong in the management side of it. I'm hoping they take this seriously because we do love sweet frog, but once quality starts to drop, people start going elsewhere. And...
