Dunkin is Dunkin, hard to mess up. Food is fine for what it is. Drive through service is where they get the 1 star. They bark at you through the speaker, no hello, good morning, you know, common curtesy. Staff used to be much better and friendly but now just don’t expect much. I know it’s not a glamorous job but it’s not hard to say good morning or hello vice what do you want… *Edit* Review updated after a few months of better service at the drive through. Still the occasional bark but much more thanks and your welcomes and how may i help you todays. Upgraded to 4 stars. Atmosphere is still 2, its dunkin donuts people, lets not get carried away with panache...

What is the point in having an online ordering tool? I order online through your app I pay for my drink. I get there and I have to wait till the personal conversation is over before anybody realizes I’m there. Then they decide to pour my coffee. It’s just coffee. If the manager has any backbone at all, they’ll pull the video footage and watch. Order number 1956 March 18, 2025 at 7:09 AM in the morning when it was ordered. If the manager happens to be one that was chitchatting then maybe the owner of this facility should step in.

This drive thru was visibly clean... this visit I ordered (1) coffee and the experience was caught off guard by taste and presentation.

Coffee taste with thought was not pleasant and left a terrible after taste. Wasted money and then when I looked down at the lid I saw stickiness and crumbs.

Total turn off for me. This one will be trashed and I'll head over to the coffee shop across the way.

Took several bites into my Apple Fritter donut and noticed the inside is still raw. The dough didn’t bake all the way inside. There were other times I stopped by that my foods have been mediocre.
Seems that many customers have made complaints about their food, staff and service at this store. Not blaming the company for doing wrong; it’s the owner/boss and employees there that need to do a better job. Please make sure you’re checking the quality of the foods you prepare. Someone could get food poisoning.

Appalling how rude the staff is at this location,Not all but some.Cant make simple drinks correctly, I simply stated that my drink was not made right and the lady had a mouth on her ready to argue ( Black women short twist and only has braces on her upper teeth). The costumer service is completely disgusting.

There is one employee by the name of Shy or shaly(?) who is extremely rude to me everytime I go. I always go at the same time that she works for some reason and she always seem like she is about to jump through at me. Everyone else is extremely welcoming! I just wish they would do something about this!

I come to this dunkin donut daily. It’s increasing been sliding as far as the quality of the food and Customer service. My daughter wanted Dunkin for lunch (egg and chz croissant, half a dozen donuts, coffee and 2 boxes of apple juice) I went to pay with cash and was told they don’t accept cash. I couldn’t believe it. It went from they don’t accept or allow to that had none because I wouldn’t let it go. I’ve worked in restaurants my entire life and you need cash in the register to run the business and petty cash in the back. Obviously I asked to speak to the manger who has no business being a manager. The words “customer complaint” is probably something he hears all day. No business can avoid complaints completely, and this one surely won’t with the way it’s being ran. Instead of evading the situation, empower your team to know how to handle complaints. Namely, your support reps need to understand and care about your customers’ needs and frustrations. That means demonstrating—and sincerely feeling—empathy. I drove away furious, in complete disbelief, and my two year old daughter upset, she couldn’t get her food.
