Online orders are NEVER correct, it's infuriating!
It took 30min and 3 tries to give me the correct sub... if asking for no cheese is a crime so much you are given cheese on one sub- return it- to then be given a completely different sub then ordered the second time- I won’t be back. And when my complaint is answered with blank stares from your staff- please do better.
I won't be back to this location, I am really appalled at how the manager tried to argue with a pregnant woman about what is and is not okay in terms of heating up her deli meat??? Not really sure why he thought that was appropriate, or why he was willing to describe his store as 'nasty'. So disappointed in the service.
